He received a full model and dialogue refresh in the July 2026 Harlow's Favorite Update. He can now be found sitting in the hospital lobby — giving him Mint Tea unlocks special dialogue questions about the hospital's visitors and lore.

Liz (short for Lizbeth) is a journalist who used to work for Animal Corp's news channel before being fired for reporting the truth about the anomaly outbreak. She is one of only two confirmed characters with a direct Animal Corp connection. She appears around Shift 10 carrying a UV camera and offers quests that expand the game's lore. She is the game's first interactive female character, added in the July 10 Harlow's Favorite Update.
