Mobile Controls
- Movement: Virtual joystick (left side of screen)
- Camera: Drag on right side of screen
- Interact: Tap the interact button (center-bottom)
- Inventory: Tap the backpack icon (top-right)
- CCTV: Tap the camera icon
- Sprint: Double-tap the joystick forward
Console Controls
Console support: Controller inputs were added in the Class Update Pt.2(June 2026), letting Xbox and PlayStation players run shifts with a controller. Bindings below follow Roblox's default controller layout and can be customized in the Roblox settings menu.

Use Right Stick to aim the camera when taking patient photos, and LB / RB to cycle CCTV feeds on console.
Tips
- Third-Person View (August 2026): Scroll mouse wheel backwards or pinch screen on mobile to zoom into third-person mode — ideal for checking wide corridor angles and blind spots.
- Fast Start: Hold E during Doctor Harlow's morning debrief to instantly skip tutorial lines and immediately spawn the first patient wave.
- Memorize the 1-4 slot keys — quick item switching saves lives during emergencies.
- Use Scroll Wheel to cycle CCTV cameras without opening the menu.
- Left Ctrl (crouch) can help you hide from the Masked Figure behind low cover.
- On mobile, customize your button layout in Roblox settings for better ergonomics.
