Aug 23 Update — New Item & Transport Changes
- Wheelchair: a new transport item that moves patients (including fainted ones) to beds much faster — return it to its spot when finished.
- Oxygen mini-game: pump a patient's oxygen to full during Room 1 gas events to stabilize them.
- Faster runs: Fast Start (skip tutorial) and a speed icon let you reach item rooms quicker.

Shop Priority — What to Buy First
- 1Coffee — Your sanity lifeline. Always grab from the reception office for free. Buy from shop at $55 if needed.
- 2Wheelchair — Free in the lobby starting Shift 3. Transports fainted patients to beds +300% faster — essential for rapid triage.
- 3Medkit — Required for patient treatment. You cannot do your job without it.
- 4Flashlight — Essential for spotting Hiders and navigating dark hallways.
- 5Gun or X-Taser — One weapon is highly recommended. Gun ($410/99 Robux) kills, Taser ($150) stuns.
- 6Extra Check-in Window — The most impactful upgrade. Two patients simultaneously doubles throughput.
- 7Scanner or Camera — Scanner ($150) detects anomalies. Deployable Camera ($600) adds portable CCTV.
- 8Fire Extinguisher — Free from Shift 3. Essential for fire events and stunning Slimebert.
