New lore interaction tied to a fresh location, requested QoL improvements, and new skins for the Doctor, Surgeon, and Paramedic.
Dr. Harlow Event & Rain Shift Update
New Dr. Harlow event and secret interaction, Rain Shift special mode, expanded Liz & visitor dialogue, Fast Start skip, reconnect button, four new staff skins, and a weekly leaderboard. Event window ended Aug 11 — content now live in-game.
The Hazmat Team Arrives
Containment breach event. Sam NPC, Slimebert anomaly, Firefighter class, and Journal System introduced. Core content is now permanent.
Small Redesign Update
Cosmetic class polish: Surgeon softer fur and thinner antlers, Secretary nose detail, Paramedic ears angled down, Doctor ears and spots added. Bandage sprite cross color changed from green to black.
Harlow's Favorite Update
Massive content drop: Liz NPC, Dr. Harlow rework, three new items, Security & Secret Agent reworks, and Stalker disguise mechanic.
Ghost Spawn Rule (Mini Patch)
Ghost now only spawns after a patient has died during the shift, not as a random mid-shift encounter.
