Key Equipment

X-Taser

Stuns anomalies temporarily. Does not kill — buys time to escape or reposition. Starts with 5 uses at Level 1, 6 at Level 2+. At Level 3, regenerates 1 use each round.

Deployable Camera

New in Harlow's Update (Level 2+). A placeable CCTV camera you can position anywhere in the hospital. Provides portable surveillance for tracking anomalies and patient movements.

Tips

  • Tasers stun but do not kill — use them to escape, not to fight.
  • Place Deployable Cameras at chokepoints and hallway intersections.
  • Level 2 is the biggest power spike — the camera changes how you play.
  • If you spot a Ghost or Masked Figure, stun and retreat to a safe room.
  • Best paired with a Surgeon or Secret Agent on your team for offense.
