Introduced during the Hazmat Team Slime update, the Journal allows workers to register anomalies, log lore with Sam NPC, and claim massive one-time coin bonuses.

Press J on PC or tap the Book icon on mobile to open your Journal. It tracks discovered NPCs, anomalies, achievements, and unclaimed coin rewards.
How do you complete the Monster Baiter achievement?
Lure a patient anomaly (such as a Hider or Mimic) into the red zone of a Bed Monster. Once the Bed Monster attacks the anomaly, the achievement triggers with a 25 Animal Coin bonus.
Do Journal achievement progress carry over between servers?
Yes, all completed Journal entries, NPC lore discoveries, and total patient counts are permanently saved to your Roblox account data.
