Where to Find Dr. Harlow
Dr. Harlow is found in the hospital lobby, sitting at a desk near the entrance. This was changed in the Harlow's Favorite Update (July 10, 2026) — his model was reworked with sharper design elements and more expressive eyes. He now sits in the lobby between shifts, making him easier to find for dialogue and quest updates.

Mint Tea Dialogue
