You do not need two or three confirms. The first inconsistency is your full permission to shutter. Here are the auto-reject tells per layer.

Never wait for a second opinion from yourself.
1. Visual Auto-Reject Tells
Any one of these at the window
Three eyes, hollow eye sockets, human teeth, an unnaturally wide grin, or constant twitching.
Even a single one of these is enough. Do not wait to see if another appears.
2. Photo Auto-Reject Tells
Any one of these on the print
Different eyes, different ears, an incorrect photo, an unnatural photo, or a static/corrupted image.
The photo is the tie-breaker, so a single photo tell overrides an otherwise calm window view.
3. CCTV Auto-Reject Tells
Any one of these on the feed
Censored eyes, staring directly at the camera, or an unnatural/hollow body posture.
Camera-only tells are standalone reasons to reject — you do not need the window or photo to also fail.
4. Shutter Immediately
Speed beats certainty
The red Shutter button is on the left of the desk. The moment you see the first inconsistency, press it — do not keep scanning hoping it resolves.
Hesitation is how anomalies get inside. One tell is a verdict.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need two signs before rejecting?
No. One failed layer is already enough. You do not need a second or third confirm — the moment a single check contradicts the patient, shutter immediately.
What if only the CCTV layer fails?
Reject anyway. A single layer failing is sufficient on its own. Camera-only tells like censored eyes or staring at the lens are valid, standalone reasons to refuse a patient.
Where is the shutter button located?
The red Shutter button is on the left side of the reception desk. Press it to reject the patient currently at the window the instant you spot an inconsistency.
