Frequently Asked Questions

What is the most dangerous enemy in Animal Hospital?
Skinwalker โ€” it disguises as a patient in the exam room and will kill you instantly if you try to treat it. Use a Scanner or CCTV to detect, then shoot it with a Gun or stun with X-Taser before it attacks.
How do I spot a Bed Monster?
Look under patient beds for movement or vine-like tentacles. If you hear heavy breathing from under a bed, the Bed Monster is near. Use Maple Syrup to lure it away, then trap it before it drains patient health.
Can I fight enemies directly?
Yes, with weapons. Gun (1-shot kill) and X-Taser (repeat stun) work on most threats. But some enemies like Ghosts, Hiders, and Skinwalkers require specific counters โ€” running won't help.
What happens when my sanity drops too low?
Below 25 sanity you start hallucinating visual distortions. At 0 sanity you take health damage and will eventually die. Always carry Coffee (+15 sanity total) or Chocolate Bar (+60 sanity total) to recover after enemy encounters.
Which enemy is the hardest to counter?
Stalker โ€” it hunts aggressively during night shifts (7+) and has no single weakness. Use Flashlight to reduce its stealth, carry a Gun to kill, and always move with a teammate when possible.
